1、不要盲目从众
这种有人卖贷，有人假装买货、以招揽顾客骗人的方法，亦称“做笼子”，其实都是说给顾客听了，演给他人看的，我们称这种手法“假卖假买”，骗子们以假买卖成交消除他人疑虑，骗取他人钱财。了解了此种骗术的过程和特点，就知道了防骗的措施－－保持冷静，勿从大众，尽量避免被动性的交易。

在投资上，很多人都是相当精明的，但也有不少人在投资上有种种失误。要避免遭受某些企业、个人利用“集资”旗号行骗，宜考虑以下建议：三思而后行，切忌盲目轻信，对谎称有后台的公司、高利润的项目要谨慎从事；了解经营状况，不论对方是企业还是个人，都有必要先了解其身份、生产或经营能力，是否有银行账户等等；了解经营项目的具体状况；签定详细合同。
10、防止空头合同诈骗
伪造证件，以法人身份行骗，是当前社会上经济诈骗犯罪的主要形式。些类诈骗，其欺骗性大，而且被骗取的数额也巨大。这类骗子的主要骗术有：伪造营业执照、许可证、海关和商检证明、提货单、身份证、工作证等有关证件，骗取信任，进行诈骗活动。防止此类诈骗的措施有：看对方是否具有签定合同的资格；看对方的经营范围和方式；看对方注册资金数额；要注明合同履行地点、时间、产品质量标准、付款方式、双方权利、义务及违约处罚等。
